Why Donate?

​At this point you may have already watched a Bible By Phone Video message.  Hopefully there was something in that message that touched a particular place in you to fill a void, answer a question or just lift your spirit.  My prayer is that those words will help to carry you, feed your spirit throughout the day, perhaps the entire week. 

Have you noticed that donation baskets are passed prior to the message rather than directly after delivering it?  Probably because most pastors fear that people will be tempted to get up and file
out once the sermon is over and that would deeply cut into their pocket book. But do you know when I’m most touched to give money in church or otherwise? 

When my heart is touched to do so... when I’m spiritually full... AFTER the message, not before. As humans, we tend to give and support in places where our heart tells us to, not our head or tradition.  I invite you to visit Bible By Phone Video Page, if you have not done so.  Listen to a message or two, they’re short. See if in your heart God is speaking to you to support this website broadcast.
 
If he’s not speaking to you, you’ll know that, you’ll not be moved by my words. Not everyone is called to help us here. And if he IS speaking to you to help in some way, you’ll know that too. Trust yourself, that you’re able to discern these things.When something touches your heart, as in deep joy, you feel something inside, way down in your heart where God resides.

The glow that you’re feeling is the goodness inside you, connecting with the Almighty. That same feeling can speak to you to support those who are working to get God’s word out to others so they too can be blessed. These messages can also benefit others when you direct
friends and family to visit this page. Also they can get out when you support the website through your giving.

My goal is to present God’s word and let it be a vehicle of hope in your life and in the life of those waiting to hear it. As I bring God’s word to you each day, each week, I pray it’ll be the oil that heals many areas.  Let the fruit of His Spirit go down deep and cause a new song in your heart.  And as you are led by the Lord, those who are touched and called to give, I thank you in advance for your support of this project.
